Nuovo sistema segnalazioni Whistleblowing
Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera S.r.l. ha adottato un proprio canale interno attraverso il quale possono essere inviate le segnalazioni whistleblowing, garantendo la riservatezza dell’identità dei segnalanti, delle altre persone coinvolte e del contenuto delle segnalazioni.
Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera S.r.l. ha adottato la “Procedura per la Gestione delle Segnalazioni di Illeciti e la Tutela del Segnalante (c.d. Whistleblowing)” (la “Procedura”), redatta in accordo con le previsioni del d.lgs. 24/2023 che ha interamente rivisto la disciplina in materia di segnalazioni.

Chi può inviare le segnalazioni?
Le segnalazioni possono essere inviate da soggetti interni o esterni all’organizzazione, quali ad esempio dipendenti, collaboratori, lavoratori autonomi, tirocinanti, consulenti, fornitori, azionisti o persone con funzioni di amministrazione o controllo della Società, quali Consiglieri di Amministrazione o il Sindaco Unico.
Cosa si può segnalare?
Le segnalazioni, che dovranno essere il più circostanziate possibile, riguardano violazioni di legge che ledono l’interesse pubblico o l’integrità della società, come ad esempio la commissione di un atto corruttivo o la violazione di norme in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro o ambientale.
Non sono segnalazioni whistleblowing e non saranno, quindi, prese in considerazione:
- Contestazioni, rivendicazioni o richieste personali relative al proprio rapporto di lavoro (da inviare alle funzioni del Personale di competenza)
- Reclami relativi a difetti nei prodotti venduti e nei servizi resi della Società (da inviare alle dedicate funzioni aziendali)
Come segnalare?
Il canale interno di segnalazione deve essere utilizzato in via prioritaria.
Per l’invio di segnalazioni scritte, orali o per la richiesta di incontro con il gestore della segnalazione è necessario accedere alla piattaforma Openblow mediante collegamento diretto dalla sezione dedicata del sito internet della società o accedendo direttamente al seguente indirizzo:

E’ inoltre possibile inviare una segnalazione in forma orale tramite un sistema di messaggistica vocale accessibile al seguente numero:

Canale esterno di segnalazione e divulgazione pubblica
- Canale esterno gestito dall’Autorità Nazionale Anti Corruzione (ANAC) (disponibile al seguente sito https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/whistleblowing): i segnalanti vi possono ricorrere in via residuale e solo in determinate ipotesi indicate nell’informativa estesa
- Divulgazione pubblica mediante stampa o social network: i segnalanti vi possono ricorrere in via ulteriormente residuale e solo in determinate ipotesi indicate nell’informativa estesa

New Whistleblowing Reporting System
Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera S.r.l. has adopted its own internal channel through which whistleblowing reports can be sent, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblowers, of the other persons involved and of the content of the reports.
Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera S.r.l. has adopted the “Procedure for the Handling of Whistleblowing Reports and the Protection of Whistleblowers” (the “Procedure”), drafted in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, which has entirely revised the rules on whistleblowing.

Who can send reports?
Reports may be sent by persons inside or outside the organisation, such as employees, collaborators, self-employed workers, trainees, consultants, suppliers, shareholders or persons with administrative or control functions in the Company, such as the Board of Directors or the Single Statutory Auditor.
What can be reported?
Reports, which should be as detailed as possible, concern violations of the law that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, such as the commission of a corrupt act or the violation of occupational health and safety or environmental regulations.
The following are not whistleblowing reports and will therefore not be taken into account:
- Complaints, claims or personal requests relating to one’s employment relationship (to be sent to the relevant Personnel functions)
- Complaints relating to defects in products sold and services rendered by the Company (to be sent to the relevant corporate functions)
How to report?
The internal reporting channel should be used as a priority.
To send written or oral reports or to request a meeting with the Reporting manager, it is necessary to access the Openblow platform via direct connection from the dedicated section of the company’s website or by logging in directly at the following address:

External reporting and public disclosure channel
- External channel managed by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) (available at the following website https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/whistleblowing): whistleblowers may have recourse to it on a residual basis and only in certain hypotheses indicated in the extended information notice
- Public dissemination through the press or social networks: whistleblowers may have further recourse to this channel on a residual basis and only in certain cases set out in the extended information notice.
