Touring Superleggera at the Gran Premio Nuvolari 2026
Touring Superleggera is proud to announce its first-ever participation in the Gran Premio Nuvolari, one of Italy’s most prestigious historic motorsport competitions, from September 18 to 20, 2026. On this special occasion, Touring Superleggera will compete with two of its most celebrated creations: the Maserati 3500 GT and the Alfa Romeo 2000 Spider.
These historic masterpieces possess a unique and storied heritage and the Gran Premio Nuvolari offers the perfect setting to showcase their enduring spirit of Italian craftsmanship and automotive design.
Both cars embody the philosophy that has defined Touring Superleggera for a century, each offering a distinctive interpretation of the classic Italian grand tourer— from the effortless open-air charm of the Alfa Romeo 2000 Spider to the timeless elegance of the Maserati 3500 GT.
Starting in Mantova, the birthplace of the legendary racing driver Tazio Nuvolari, the rally will cross some of Italy’s most breathtaking landscapes. The route travels from Arezzo to Rimini and Ferrara, while also taking competitors onto the historic circuits of Imola in Emilia-Romagna and Mugello in Tuscany.
Touring Superleggera’s heritage is best expressed through movement. By returning these extraordinary grand tourers to the open road, the Gran Premio Nuvolari provides a fitting stage to honor the character of classic cars and the passion they continue to inspire across generations.
